If you are new to Whitehall Farm, you will find lots of useful information on this website about the Whitehall Farm Condominium Association. If you are an owner and /or a Whitehall Farm resident, many of the things you need to know or refer to are contained herein and easily accessed.
The Association is administered by an Executive Board of five members elected from among the unit owners for a term of two years. The terms are staggered so that in alternate years either two or three members are elected. The association is self-managed by its Executive Board rather than a property management company. This means that the Board has oversight for long-range planning, administration of the By Laws and Rules & Regulations of the Association, as well as day-to-day management of Association affairs. In addition, each board member is responsible for a particular management area (Presidency, Secretary, Finance, Building Maintenance, and Landscape Maintenance). As unit owners, my colleagues and I on the board have a vested interest, along with all our fellow owners in maintaining and enhancing the overall quality of this property.
There is an Annual Meeting of all unit owners. It is at this meeting that the members of the Board are elected and all business of the association is discussed and voted on.
As you drive in and out, don't be surprised if someone waves at you along Corey Lane, our main road. Just wave back!
